This Summer

They were seeking in vain

An unbelievable waste of time

There's no wonder if i feel it that close to me now

Then it's certainly not that far

I thought i'd wait forever

And though we had a pretty good time

After the last of it  (?????) left

And we remained alone at the table

If they were not blinded by the dirty and grey light, in the morning

What was that, that they couldn't see?

And baby we share something that is better than any secret at all
